Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound outreach.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our services can solve their problems and achieve their objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and customers to build and maintain a long-term partnership.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Utilise CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting of sales activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the product and technology teams to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Engage in negotiations and close deals effectively.
About You/Requirements For The Role
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and office productivity tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented remote environment.
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
