We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Product Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional client service and will drive the successful delivery of our marketing campaigns and projects. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring our team delivers amazing marketing solutions that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing projects from initial conception to successful completion
- Ensure smooth delivery of services by coordinating with internal teams
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are met, issues are resolved and satisfaction is maximised
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including project scope, timelines, milestones, budget and risks
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing any issues that arise and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Foster strong client relationships by communicating effectively and providing regular updates on project status
- Continually assess project performance, client feedback, and satisfaction to drive improvements in delivery and client service
About You/Requirements For The Role
- Experience in project management or a client service role
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, including digital
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and client service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends and developments
