Salesforce Integration Now Live

Our latest addition to our platform is live and helping businesses remove the barrier between sales and marketing performance.

We’re pleased to announce that we have just released our integration with Salesforce. This allows our users to implement fully automated closed-loop analytics reporting.

Closed-loop analytics allows us take events that happen offline, for instance a sale via a telephone call and connect that sale back to the marketing channel that the lead came from.

Companies that are using just one channel to drive new leads into their company can get a good idea of the revenue that has been generated as a result of that marketing channel.

It could be better, but it’s a start.

However, most companies are now receiving leads from a variety of different channels, from PPC to Organic, Email Outreach to Paid Social. Knowing that all of these channels are driving leads and measure their cost per lead is only telling half the story. Companies actually need a full picture of whether each channel is profitable and not actually losing money.

That’s where closed-loop analytics aka offline sales attribution comes in. By connecting offline events with online ones, we can begin to optimise our campaign performance based on revenue not leads.

Implementing closed-loop analytics allows us to answer questions like :

  • Which keywords do buyers use
  • Which ad creative is driving the most sales
  • Which channel has the highest ROI
  • Which channel drives the most unqualified leads

We’re already able to provide all of this data from the get-go within our software. But for those of our clients (and future ones too) that are using Salesforce, then things just got super interesting.

By integrating with Salesforce we can start to track which channels, ads, keywords, landing pages are driving sales as opposed to leads. All on autopilot.

We can then feed that data back into our platform and our team to take campaigns to the next level by optimising for what’s making an impact on a companies bottom line.
